  • What if my jewelry breaks?

    If your jewelry arrives damaged due to a defective piece or mishandling during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We'll promptly replace your item with a brand-new piece.

    Beyond the initial 48 hours, we offer a 30-day warranty for any breakage caused by the customer, which includes complimentary repairs.

    After the 30-day warranty period, we provide repair or exchange services for damaged Lia Jaye earrings for a fee. Simply email us a photo of the broken piece, and our team will provide you with a quote for the repair service.

    How Will I know When my order has Shipped?

    You will be sent an e-mail including a tracking number and all tracking information.

  • After your order is processed, it swiftly moves into the creation phase. Should there be any errors in personalization, please reach out to us via email (contact@liajayejewelry.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that modification requests may not always be accommodated, depending on the stage of the jewelry's creation process.

  • If an incorrect address was provided and your order has not yet been shipped, we'll make every effort to update it with the correct information. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility. Should a reshipment be necessary due to an incorrect address, a postage fee will apply. For any inquiries or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@liajayejewelry.com.

  • Lia Jaye Jewelry cannot be held liable for items lost during transit or by any shipping service. In the event of a suspected loss or theft, please contact USPS promptly. Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned.

    Should your package be returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. We kindly ask that you double-check all addresses prior to finalizing your order.
